sometimes we are confusing of what we are doing, we lost in the mid of many thought. Our mind could easily corrupted by our surrounding, friends, events, and many things happen around us. All those things influence our talk, action, behaviour and character.

Why dont we be ourselves? .. Shapes ourselves, determine our future because what you do today will determine what are you tomorrow. When we lost, get back to the right path.... if we feel we dont know how to come back get some help... or hear some words...

In the mids of your daily works, please don't forget to diagnose your depatment. This to ensure you dont have the problem as follows:-

  • III defined policies?

  • WAstefull expenditure?
  • Excessive bureaucracy?
  • Over-planing?
  • Poor Management Style?
  • Time Consuming documentation?
  • Manipulative counselling?
  • Organised confusion?
  • Mindless Meeting?
  • Endless Politicking?

    Therefore..do diagnose ourselves before we make conclusion on others

    here are some suggested checklist to diagnose ourselves
  • Did i do my own job?
  • Did I friendly enough to others?
  • Did I Honestly perform my duty?
  • Did I ever talk "BIG", lies or bluffing?
  • Did I ever busy on others?
  • Did I religious enough to teach others?
  • DId I have a good children or family?
  • Did I financially stable?
    and etc..... as we ourselve see....
